Fall into Yoga @ the Forest

September 25, 2021

Fall into Yoga @ the Forest on September 25 at 9 a.m.
Deepen your connection to nature while practicing yoga!

Join Theresa on the Mountain Office lawn for an energetically uplifting yoga class accessible for all levels of yoga students. The class will be inspired by the forest and will include breathwork, warmups, pose sequences, and relaxation.

Enjoy the health benefits of a yoga class at the Forest under swaying trees accompanied by birdsong and (hopefully) blue sky. Let the forest bring calm into your day.

The class is for everyone—beginners to experienced yoga students.

And after you’re done, take a walk in the Forest and enjoy the view of McMullen Pond (pictured above).

BYOM (bring your own mat—plus water and props)

GMF September Newsletter

September 30–14, 2021

In the September newsletter read about the ecosystem services that GMF performs for us and why they’re critical to sustaining life. We can also think of these services as gifts from the Earth that demand for us to give something back in return—that something is care and stewardship of our natural resources.
